Queue Management System

A QMS cycle starts with token interface that is responsible for creating and printing tokens (Tickets).

Customers receive printed token and Sound system calls customers by token number and directs them to the calling counter. Simultaneously the called token number will be displayed on screen. Each token has a department according to service type and one of these three states: DoneIn Progress and Cancelled. Done and cancelled states ends token cycle while in progress state allows token to be recalled again later.

A neatly designed dashboard shows tokens details and tokens can be filtered by day, month or year.

Different user groups have different access rights as manager user has access to dashboard and can view token history ,token interface sessions and counters sessions.

Token interface user only has access to creating and printing tokens while counter user views tokens ,operates a single counter and calls different tokens.
